What you need for Patent Registration
Patent Registration in Pakistan under the Patents Ordinance, 2000, protects new inventions. The process involves filing an application with the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) providing details of the invention. Once approved, the patent grants the inventor exclusive rights to make, use and sell the invention for a specific period.
