Registration as AOP / Partnership Firm

• Application on firm/Company original letterhead signed by the Managing Partner.
• Completely filled Membership Form duly proposed and second by two valid members.
• CNIC copy of all partners.
• 4 Passport size Pictures of each partner with white background. 
• NTN (RTO/CTO-Lahore) of company along all partners. (copy)
• STRN Certificate copy (if applicable)
• Partnership deed (copy).
• Form-C (copy).
• Latest Paid Utility bill of business premises.(copy)
• Bank Account maintenance certificate in original (Not older than three months) from Bank situated in Lahore bearing title of business applied for membership.

Note: If Sales Tax Registered then case with proceed as Corporate Class.
