Registration as Sole Proprietor 

  • Request letter on the original letterhead signed by the proprietor.
  • Completely filled Membership Form duly proposed and second by two valid members.
  • CNIC copy of the proprietor. 
  • 4 Passport size Pictures of Proprietor with White Background. 
  • NTN (RTO/CTO-Lahore) as a business individual bearing the title of business applied for membership. (copy).
  • STRN Certificate copy (if applicable).
  • Latest paid Utility bill of business premises. (copy).
  • Bank Account maintenance certificate in original (Not older than three months) from Bank situated in Lahore, bearing title of business applied for membership.

Corporate Class Rs. 10, 650/- Pay Order Rs. 15,100/- Pay Order Rs. 20,250/- Pay Order


Note: If Sales Tax  Registered then case with proceed as Corporate Class.

Pay Order Fee Details

 


Membership fee will be received through Pay Order drawn on same bank account of the company/firm of which account maintenance certificate is attached with membership application.
The membership shall be granted for the period of one year and shall expire on 31st  day of March every year irrespective of the date of grand of membership.
New Membership applications submitted for Executive processing must be attached with reason in writing for seeking membership on urgent bases.
