Certificate of Incorporation: The official document from SECP confirming the LLP's legal status.
LLP Agreement: A notarized copy of the agreement executed by all partners.
CNIC Copies: Scanned copies of the Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) for all partners and designated partners. For foreigners, a passport copy is required.
Proof of Business Address: A recently paid utility bill (electricity or gas, usually not older than three months) and a rent agreement or ownership documents for the office premises.
Authority Letter: A letter signed by all partners authorizing one partner (the "Principal Officer") to represent the LLP before the FBR.
Business Letterhead: A blank copy of the official business letterhead.
Contact Information: A dedicated business email address and a mobile number registered in the name of the authorized partner/Principal Officer.
