- Paid Challan Form 32-A of Rs.32000/- in NBP.
Qualified and experienced staff, with a list showing:
- Designations, qualifications, training, experience certificates
- Attested copies of National Identity Cards (CNICs)
If Partnership Firm:
- Registration certificate and certified partnership deed
- Attested CNICs of all partners
If Limited Company:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA & AoA)
- Form-A and Form-9, certified by the Registrar of Companies
- Attested CNICs of directors, CEO, or manager.
