Registration as Private Limited Company
- Request letter on the original letterhead signed by the CEO.
- 4 Passport size Pictures of each directors with white background.
- Completely filled Membership Form duly proposed and second by two valid members.
- CNIC copy of all directors.
- NTN (RTO/CTO-Lahore) of the Company.
- STRN Certificate (if applicable)
- Latest paid Electricity bill of business premises.
- Memorandum and Articles of Association, Incorporation certificate,
- Latest Form A & 9, dully certified by SECP.
- Copy of Passport in case of a Foreign National.
- Bank Account maintenance certificate in original (Not older than three months) from Bank situated in Lahore bearing title of business applied for membership.
